In a bowl, spill the flour, salt, sugar, yeast ; mix dry
Make a well, add the egg, butter and water ; mix it all up ; Then knead the dough until it peels off your hand.
Stir in the peanuts and keep kneading the dough
Roll the dough and let rest 10 minutes
Degas the dough and then detail it in small pieces ; shape the dough and lay them on a plate. Let rise 1h30.
Incise your dough using a blade
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C
