  • 5.5 g Saf-Instant dry yeast
  • 425 g flour
  • 1 c.à.c salt
  • 2 c.à.cbrown suggar
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pincee salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 3 garlic cloves

In a bowl, pour the flour, the salt, the brown sugar, the cardamom and the Saf-instant dry yeast. Mix and make a well in the center.

Pour the water in the well, knead the dough until it is smooth.

Cover with a clean cloth and leave it to rise for one hour.

Knead the dough until it is firmer. Roll it out 2 cm thick and cut several circles of dough. Leave the buns to rise again for one hour.

In a hot oil bath, fry the buns until golden brown. Remove the buns from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.

Let them cool. Divide each bun in half and fill them with the chicken.

In a hot pan, put the oil. Sauté the onion and minced garlic. Add the chicken breat dices with the ginger powder.

Sprinckle with salt and pepper, the let it cook for 5 minutes. Add in the minced green pepper and carrot and let it cook for 5 more minutes on low heat.

Fill the fried buns with the chicken.
