  • 450g flour
  • 70g sugar
  • 1 tSP salt
  • 5.5g dry yeast Saf Instant
  • 2 eggs+ 1 egg wash
  • 1 tBS soft butter
  • 125ml warm whole milk
  • 50g chocolate chips
  • 30g crushed peanut

In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, crushed peanuts and saf-instant dry yeast ; mix and make a well

Add eggs, warm milk and butter ; mix it all

Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise for 1 hour

Degaz the dough, knead and divide in 6 pieces

Shape in balls, place in muffin cups

Cover and let rise for 30 min

Separate them and brush with a beaten egg, sprinkle with chocolate chips

Bake at 180°c for 20 min.
