  • 500g flour
  • 100g water
  • 10g salt
  • 3 apples
  • 6g Saf Instant dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • 100g liquid milk
  • 30g sugar
  • 200g abricot jam
  • 100g crushed peanuts

In a bowl, spill the flour, salt, sugar, yeast ; mix dry

Make a well, add the eggs, butter, liquid milk , water ; mix it all up

Then knead the dough until it peels off your hand. Roll the dough and let rest 10 minutes

Degas the dough then flatten it and make small parts of 50g

Place them in lightly greased molds

Trim the interior with apple slices then add the jam

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C

After the cooking, add the crushed peanuts
