  • 500g flour
  • 200g water
  • 10g salt
  • 6g Saf Instant dry yeast
  • 360g sardines
  • 50g oil
  • 100g liquid milk
  • 30g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ onion
  • 2 peppers

In a bowl, spill the flour, salt, surgar and saf instant yeast ; mix dry

Make a well, add the egg, liquid milk ; mix until you get a homogeneous paste. Roll the dough.

Let rest during 20 mins.

In a bowl, add sardines, onion, pepper, mix it all.

Degas the dough then detail it with a scale and make small pieces of about 50g. Flatten the dough with a roller, add the sardines dough in the center of each piece ; Roll slightly and press with your palm.

Arrange on a plate and let it rise for an hour

Brush with an egg for the gilding

Cook in the oven for 15 min at 180°C
